During that time, they have always attended when due and managed the care of Mum professionally and with good humour even when it was its most challenging. They were always keeping the family informed and did all they could to make her time under their care comfortable. Thank you.

A good care company with elements of outstanding. The company is led well and look after my mum well. The weekly logs are very helpful and when there is something I am unsure about there is always someone to discuss things through. The company approaches me for my opinions and I feel I am listened too. They have worked tirelessly through covid to ensure my mum has been given the best service they could. Very understanding with dementia. Definitely recommend caremark. My mum’s main carers are fantastic.

The care my Mother receives from Caremark North Herts is second to none. My Mother is treated with the greatest respect and dignity. I live over 400 miles away and I have great peace of mind knowing my Mother is being well cared for. The whole team are very approachable and go out of there way to help. I would certainly recommend Caremark.

OK I’ve been with caremark for over 5
years now, they are very accommodating to my needs and if I have any issues they always get resolved promptly I’m pleased to say,carers are respectful,polite and good mannered including office staff. Pleasure to have them as my carers, my family and I couldn’t do without them.
