Compliance & Finance Manager
I have been part of the Caremark team for 8 years now, I started as a carer, was then promoted to Field Care Supervisor then moved on to become a Care Co-ordinator.
Recently I have been promoted to Assistant Manager.
Good organisation skills are a definate requirement for my role, I have a level 3 diploma in business.
The most important thing about my job in ensuring all parties are happy (staff & customers).
I enjoy the laid back and friendly atmosphere at Caremark, all the staff are nice to work with.
This is by far the most rewarding job I have had, the most important quality when it comes to working with customers in their own home is to have compassion, patience and understanding.
Providing customers with care at home is more personal, and leaves the customer living in a comfortable environment.
