From the admin to care assistants their main concern is the wellbeing of our father. All his care assistants are wonderful, loving, they take care of our dad as a member of their family. A big thank you to the care manager, you always call my sister and I to enquire about our dad and keep us informed of any changes well in advance. We have seen the change in our dad since your company took over providing his care. He is happy, joking with all his care providers, he looks forward to their visits.
