Outside of my professional life, I’m a passionate about football and an avid traveler. These hobbies fuel my creativity and resilience in approaching challenges, whether on the field or while exploring new cultures.

Bringing a strong financial management background to the table, I envision more than just quality care. My vision is to lead Caremark Hillingdon towards a future where person centered, top-tier care is an everyday reality.

Bringing over a decade of dedicated experience in the home care sector, I have consistently excelled in various managerial roles, spearheading growth, quality enhancements, and exceptional service delivery.

Joining Home Instead, Wembley in 2018 marked a significant chapter in my career, allowing me to elevate the care services they provided. However, my journey in the care sector started with Caremark Pulborough in 2008, where I began as a Care & Support Worker. The foundation I laid there, fostering dignity, independence, and quality care, has remained integral to my approach in every subsequent role.

Returning to Roots:

Having grown and evolved in various managerial capacities, my roots beckoned me back to Caremark. The company’s commitment to excellence, its enduring values, and the profound impact it creates within communities compelled me to return and contribute my expertise once again. The circle felt completed as I came back to a place where my passion for exceptional care was nurtured.

As a Care Coordinator with over 8 years of experience in the industry, I have dedicated my career to providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients in need.

I began my journey with Caremark in 2016 as a Care and Support Worker, where I gained valuable experience in direct patient care and communication with families and medical professionals.

I was promoted to Care Co-ordinator in 2019 and further promoted to Senior Care Co-ordinator in 2022.
