Outside of work, I’m an avid football fan and enjoy travelling. These activities keep me energised and open to new experiences, which I bring to my role at Caremark Hillingdon.

Managing Director

Hi, I’m Rohan, Managing Director at Caremark Hillingdon. My aim is to deliver top-quality, personalised care to our clients, guided by my background in financial management and passion for technology.

I believe in using tech to improve care standards and streamline processes, always aiming for continuous improvement. My leadership style is collaborative, focusing on innovation and teamwork.

When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring the latest technology trends and creating spreadsheets for fun. These hobbies keep me organised and help me bring fresh ideas to the business.

Fran

Operations Manager

Hiya I’m Fran, Operations Manger at Caremark Hillingdon. I bring over a decade of experience in the home care sector, excelling in various managerial roles focused on growth, quality, and service delivery.

My career in care began with Caremark Pulborough in 2008 as a Care & Support Worker. The foundation of dignity, independence, and quality care that I built there has guided my career ever since. Joining Home Instead, Wembley in 2018, I further developed my skills, leading improvements in care services.

Returning to Caremark feels like coming home. The company’s commitment to excellence, its enduring values, and its positive impact on the community drew me back to contribute my expertise. It’s a reaffirmation of the ethos that first inspired my career in care.

As I oversee operations at Caremark, my goal is to ensure exemplary care standards while staying true to the company’s core values. I look forward to helping our team deliver the best possible service to our clients and their families.

Sharon

Deputy Manager

I’m Sharon, the Deputy Manager at Caremark Hillingdon. I started as a Care Assistant, where I developed a deep passion for person-centered care. This early experience shaped my career and set me on a path of continuous growth within the care sector.

I advanced to Care Quality Supervisor, where I focused on maintaining high care standards. As a Field Care Supervisor, I provided direct support to our care teams, ensuring consistent quality in service delivery. In 2022, I was promoted to Deputy Manager, a role where I lead our teams with an emphasis on teamwork and ongoing improvement.

Outside of work, I volunteer in the community and enjoy exploring new places, experiences that keep me inspired and connected. These interests contribute to my commitment to creating a supportive environment for our staff and clients.

As Deputy Manager, I’m committed to maintaining and elevating Caremark’s reputation for excellence, working with our team to deliver the best possible care.

Lynda

Senior Care Co-ordinator

Hi, I’m Lynda! With over 8 years of dedicated experience in the homecare industry, I have been committed to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our service users. I began my journey with Caremark in 2016 as a Care and Support Worker, where I gained invaluable experience in direct service user care and effective communication with families and medical professionals.

In 2019, my dedication and expertise earned me a promotion to Care Coordinator. My leadership and commitment were further recognised in 2022 when I was promoted to Senior Care Coordinator. I continue to lead with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that every service user receives the best possible care.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching football and am an avid fan of the TV show ‘Friends’. These hobbies help me relax and recharge, bringing balance to my life and enabling me to give my best to our service users.

Sity

Care Coordinator

Hi, I’m Sity. I joined the Caremark team in March 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to my role as a Care Coordinator.

I’ve previously worked in a similar role and before this I worked as a Nursery Practitioner, managing daily operations and developmental activities for children. I also have experience as a Care Assistant and Support Worker, providing essential support to clients.

I’ve completed various training courses, including First Aid Pediatric, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, and Dementia Care.

Outside of work, I enjoy engaging in various hobbies such as cooking, organising activities, and spending time with family and friends. These activities help me relax and recharge, enabling me to continue providing exceptional care to our service users.
