After a long career in Information Technology and Logistics, David became involved in helping a number of close relatives with Dementia and life limiting diseases to get help within their own homes. Having spent a long time working with the NHS, Social Services, Local Authorities and navigating his way through Continuing Health Care (CHC), MDT meetings, Discharge teams and many more, and working with a number of Care providers, both live-in and residential, he thought he’d put these skills to use!
David chose Caremark as they enable him and his team to provide the best standard of care to both adults and children, regardless of whether they are funded privately, via the local authorities or the NHS. Caremark’s system enables him to maintain fair and competitive fee levels, whilst ensuring that Care and Support Assistants are competitively rewarded.
