I took on the role as the business Manager for Caremark Barnsley in June 2019. I have a background in health care sector with over 30 years of experience. Over the years I have gained an extensive knowledge and qualification in nursing specialising and developing an interest in critical care nursing. I believe in providing personal and high quality domiciliary care for those within the local community in Barnsley and I aim to do so by using my past experiences in health care sector. Furthermore I have completed train the trainer' course for epilepsy, tracheotomy and PEG feeding.

Caremark Barnsley was established in 2011 by Mark McKenning and Andrew Peace with the vision to become the best provider of homecare in the region.
At the beginning of June Jomon Mathew and Varghese Thomas (Former NHS Nurses) took over the home care company Caremark Barnsley. I belive passionately that people should be able to continue to live at home throughout their lives and I am focusing on delivering the highest quality of care possible, in order to improve the quality of life for the people who Caremark Barnsley support.

Jason is passionate about good communication together with high standards of Client service, he is an experienced individual who really cares about people. He's a local lad and a part time Barnsley FC fan, he's proud of his town and we are proud to have Jason in our team.

Sue has been part of our Caremark service for over six years. She originally joined us as a Care & Support Worker back in 2012. Sue excelled and the overtime was promoted into a Senior Care & Support Worker, then into the role of Field Care Supervisor. Sue has an extensive care background, she has worked for years in the community and also with residential settings. Sue's passion is to help people remain independent in their own homes, she is a hard working and caring individual who we are very proud to have in our team.

Adele has been with the company since 2017, within her role Adele manages all finanicial aspects of the domiciliary service, including clients and staff.

Debbie joined our team back in 2015 as a Care and Support Worker, having relocated from London. She made an immediate impression with our clients and management team alike, her kind and caring nature together with a very strong work ethic and a desire to progress in her chosen career has seen her progress in to a field care supervisor.

Natasha joined our team with a good understanding of care as she has worked in the industry for a number of years, more recently she held a customer relations role for a large organisation.
Natasha started her career in care at 18 and worked her way up to senior carer on an end of life unit which she continued for 3 years. Natasha has 7 years of experience within the care sector, especially dementia and end of life care Natasha has also 3 years
of experience in working with autistic young adults and caring for them in every aspect of daily life.
Natasha has made a huge contribution to our Care Coordinator team, she has worked incredibly hard to build consistent programs of work for our clients and care staff we are very proud to have her in our team.
Natasha is now the lead coordinator and leads well on providing continuity to our clients and our Staff.

Ellie joined our team in 2017 as a support worker. Ellie then progressed to a senior support worker in 2018 and has now progressed to a care coordinating role in 2019. Ellie has vast experiance in domiciliary service and has good knowledge and understanding of the Health and Social sector. Ellie has recently recently completed her NVQ3 in Health and social study.

Jodie joined the company in 2016 as a support worker, then progressed to a senior support role in 2018 and has now progressed to a care coordinator position in 2019. Jodie has an excellent understanding of the Health and Social care sector.

Angie joined our service in 2017 as a support worker.Angie has now progressed to the assesor role and works closely with clients and family to provide robust careplans.
