Words cannot properly express our gratitude but the service (in it’s many forms) which you have provided and always with care and compassion towards my father and us has been superb and it is only because of your service and care that my father was able to remain in his home until the very end. It takes special people to be carers and you have the most amazing team so please extend our thanks to the team who cared for my father on a day-to-day basis. You all do a fantastic job under very difficult circumstances and I hope one day you all receive the rightful recognition and remuneration you deserve.

Please could you pass on my thanks to all the care assistants who looked after mum during our absence. It was the first time we have left her (apart from four weeks respite in a care home which was a disaster!) so we were hoping everything would run smoothly. We are very grateful to all those who visited over the three and a half weeks we were away, and now feel more confident that we could leave her again when we need to spend time in our French home. My sister, who came down at weekends, was also impressed with the general professionalism shown by the staff and their attitudes towards mum.
