We do not have any further hidden costs. We only charge when a care assistant visits.
Yes, we accept council funded clients / Direct Payments. Speak to one of our team to discuss how we can help you set this up.
We send you a bill every 2 weeks. You can choose to pay via a bank transfer or we can set up a Direct Debit so you don’t have to worry about making payments.
All our assessments are no obligation and free of charge. At the assessment stage it is your chance to tell us exactly how we can help. We like to find out about each individuals likes and wants so we can create a care plan tailored to your needs.
Whilst some home care providers may charge a call out fee, we DO NOT. Again you will only be charged for the time your care team spend delivering care and support.
We do not charge any administration costs, whether that is creating the care plan, sending out rotas or carrying out any quality assurance on the care and support you are receiving.
WE DO NOT charge any mileage or travel incurred before or after the visit. We charge 45p a mile for any mileage carried out DURING a visit. Whether that is to visit the community, go shopping or have a doctors appointment.
