Do you charge for assessments?

All our assessments are no obligation and free of charge. At the assessment stage it is your chance to tell us exactly how we can help. We like to find out about each individuals likes and wants so we can create a care plan tailored to your needs.

Do you charge a call out fee?

Whilst some home care providers may charge a call out fee, we DO NOT. Again you will only be charged for the time your care team spend delivering care and support.

Can I book a chat/assessment for an evening or weekend?

Yes, absolutely! We understand our clients and their families lead busy lives. For that reason, we offer evening and weekend assessments as we aim to make our services more accessible and convenient for you.
