This is our first week of the carers helping, and they have been extremely helpful, reassuring and efficient. They came a few days before my care started to introduce themselves and reassure me as I was extremely anxious. I was a carer myself, and they are very approachable and do all they can to make me feel comfortable.

 was pleasantly surprised recently when I got a knock on the door and Caremark had sent me a bunch of flowers and later at Christmas a beautiful presentation gift which I have thoroughly enjoyed. My Carers are very support and understanding, kind and patient and I have never looked back since Caremark have provided my Care.

I am so glad that that side of B is coming out. It shows that not only does she appear to be happy to be home, but also that your carers are engaging with her in a very productive and constructive way; which is a credit to them.
