Here at Caremark we believe that referring friends is the best way to recruit team members.
And as a ‘thank you’ for referring friends, we will give you a £150 bonus.
Your referral doesn’t have to be a friend. It could be a family member, a previous work colleague, an acquaintance or even someone who follows you on social media.
How do I refer a friend?
- Ask your friend to mention your name on their application. They can apply via our website: https://www.caremark.co.uk/guildford-and-woking/jobs/, popping in to our office, phoning us on 01483 222852 or emailing guildfordandwoking@caremark.co.uk
- Why not share our recruitment posts on social media, they can be found on Facebook, Instagram and X.

Sadly, there must be terms:
Employee making the referral:
- Employee must be employed by Caremark (Guildford & Woking)/D&D Porter Ltd and honouring their agreed working hours and required calls at the time that the bonus is due to be paid.
- Payment will be made via normal payroll and maybe subject to tax and national insurance deductions.
- Referrals must be made in writing and the referral must clearly indicate the name of the referrer.
- Bonus will not be paid for referrals who require sponsorship.
Employee referred:
- The referred employee must be employed for a minimum of three months before a bonus is paid.
- The referred employee must have averaged 20 hours per week throughout their first three months employment before bonus is paid.
- Referred employees must have completed all mandatory training before a bonus is awarded.
- Referred employees must be willing and able to undertake all roles required by a care support worker as outlined in the job description.
- The referrer will not qualify for bonus if the referred employee has received verbal or written disciplinary action within their first 3 months of employment.
General:
- Caremark (Guildford & Woking) reserve the right not to award any payment to employees for referring friends. Payments will be made on at the discretion of the management team. Ultimately the decision as to whether to award payments for friends referred lays with the directors.
