We are seeking a Registered Care Manager who can inspire, develop, and motivate our care team while maintaining outstanding standards of care.
You will build strong relationships with local professionals, referrers, and families, ensuring every customer receives exceptional value and support.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the CQC regulated domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance and quality
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Coordinators, Field Supervisors, and Care Assistants
  • Build strong partnerships with referrers, local authorities, and private clients
  • Ensure care delivery meets the highest standards of safety, dignity, and respect
  • Drive continuous improvement and find more efficient ways to deliver care
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational performance
  • Foster a positive, accountable culture that encourages growth and teamwork

About You

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up in domiciliary care
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Strong understanding of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry and care sector regulations
  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to bring out the best in people
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and passionate about quality and growth

Salary: 27000
Hours: 37.5

What the Care Coordinator role involves?

  • Organisation of rotas by liaising with our care team
  • Onboarding new clients to receive the best possible care
  • Providing exceptional customer for clients and care teams
  • Assist with on call

The role is based in our Medway office and is a full time position.
