I have built my career on a deep-rooted passion for the care sector, driven by a genuine desire to improve the lives of people across the UK. My journey into care work was inspired by my own personal experience and a commitment to creating a better, more supportive environment for those wishing to remain in their own home and surroundings.

I believe in the importance of personalized, quality care and I am dedicated to ensuring that the community in Cheshire South East receives the respect, attention, and support they deserve.

For me, this isn’t just a business—it’s a mission to empower families and individuals, providing peace of mind that their loved ones are in safe and caring hands. My passion for the care industry is matched by my ambition to innovate and expand services that make a meaningful difference in the lives of the elderly, ensuring they are not only cared for but also valued as integral members of the community.

Paul Rodgers

Director and Founder

I have more than 25 years of experience leading and supporting teams whilst delivering exceptional customer service. My focus is to deliver the highest standard of professional care and support to those who want to remain in their own home and community. Like many people in this wonderful sector, I have had family who have been lucky enough to have been supported in their own home by people who were sensitive, caring, compassionate and went out their own way to support. This is what I want to bring to our community.

My team and I are committed to building relationships with people, their friends and family to encourage everyone to live as full a life as possible. My passion is to invest in our people to ensure they have everything they need to deliver individually tailored care support and ensure we are the best Homecare provider within the region.

We are proud to be part of the Caremark family and we want to bring our values to our community and the people of Cheshire South East.

Helen Wood

Care Manager

My experience in Health Care began in a Dental Practice over 15 years ago. I knew then that I loved with working and supporting people with different types of needs. Nothing has changed since then, other than, I have moved into a different field caring for people and working alongside some great people.

I moved into the Domiciliary care like many of us, due to personal reasons. That reason was my Dad. My Dad received care from lovely, caring, compassionate people and I quickly learnt that every person who requires care in their own home deserves to have the highest standard of care that my Dad had. I want to give something back as part of my role with Caremark. My values as a Care Manager is to provide my Care Assistants with the highest standard of training in order to deliver great care. We will look after our customers as if they were one of our own family.

My passion in life is my daughters , who I share my life with along with our dog Zachary. I also enjoy playing Netball and I run a Netball Club here where I live. The club is called Cheshire Nets and I play for the Panthers. Within the club we have 3 teams. I organise training sessions, games and fitness sessions.
