Field Care Supervisor

Location: Pulborough
Salary: Up to £28,000
Hours: 6am - 2pm | 2pm - 10pm rota basis

As a Field Care Supervisor at Caremark Pulborough and Horsham you will play a key frontline leadership role, ensuring that high‑quality, person‑centred care is consistently delivered to customers. You will carry out care reviews, needs assessments, and risk assessments, creating tailored care plans that reflect each individual’s preferences and support requirements. 

Our Field Care Supervisors spend most of their time out in the field, observing care delivery, mentoring Care Assistants, and ensuring services remain safe, compliant, and aligned with Caremark’s standards. You will also act as the go‑to support for carers, solving problems, maintaining documentation, and responding to emergencies or urgent situations when needed.

This role also involves coordinating with office staff, monitoring service quality, and ensuring all care provided meets regulatory expectations, including CQC standards and safeguarding protocols. Ultimately, Field Care Supervisors support both customers and care teams, helping maintain exceptional care across Pulborough and Horsham

Working Hours

  • This role operates on a two-week rota.
  • Week 1: 06:00–14:00 Monday to Friday, weekend off.
  • Week 2: 14:00–22:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, with on-call cover on Saturday and Sunday from 06:00–22:00 for emergency calls, urgent visits and routine FCS duties.
  • Full-time 40 hours per week.

You may occasionally be asked to provide weekday on-call cover (17:00–22:00) during staff sickness or annual leave.

Our Expectations of you

We’re looking for someone who is values-driven, an excellent communicator, highly motivated, and well-organised, with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, efficient care.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a care setting (home care preferred)
  • Minimum of Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota to respond to emergencies and ensure service continuity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Compassionate and calm under pressure
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, care planning and other systems (Access/People Planner)
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of safeguarding protocols and incident reporting procedures.

Care Co-ordinator

Location: Pulborough
Salary: Up to £27,000
Hours: 9am - 5pm plus covering on call on a rota basis and occasional weekend working if required


As a Care Coordinator at Caremark Pulborough and Horsham you will play a central role in organising and overseeing care services to ensure individuals receive safe, effective, and personalised support. You will act as the key point of contact between clients, families, carers, and healthcare professionals.

You will also be responsible for scheduling carers visits, manage staffing and making sure care is delivered in line with regulatory standards and best practice. You will monitor the quality of care, respond to concerns or incidents, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication is essential, as you’ll need to liaise with GPs, nurses, social workers, and other agencies to coordinate support.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Answering all incoming telephone enquiries
  • Permanent allocation of Care Assistants to all customer visits and ensuring all visits are always covered
  • Send weekly rotas
  • Daily back ups
  • Daily handovers
  • To work closely with the Field Care Supervisor
  • Set up new carer phones
  • Book carer holidays
  • Maintaining computer systems and ensure they are up to date
  • To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures
  • Production of reports and management information as required
  • Promptly respond to emergency situations, including going out to cover care visits when required
  • Cover on call on a rota basis
  • Support across other areas of the business as required

What you’ll need…

  • Experience providing domiciliary care is desirable but not essential

Office Based Hours – 9.00am – 5.00pm plus covering on call on a rota basis and occasional weekend working if required

Live-in Care Assistant

Location: Pulborough
Salary: £845 per week
Hours: Weekly

Working as a live‑in carer with Caremark Pulborough and Horsham you will provide outstanding care, practical and emotional support to someone who wishes to remain in their own home. Your role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Live‑in carers help with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing and mobility, while also managing household duties including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping. They often assist with medication prompts, monitoring health changes, and arranging or accompanying the person to appointments.
