Her career has been built around people understanding their needs, supporting teams to perform at their best, and delivering consistently high standards of care and service.
Before joining Caremark, Gunita held senior operational and sales leadership roles, managing large teams, complex day-to-day operations, and high customer volumes. She is known for her calm, hands-on leadership style, strong organisational skills, and ability to build trust with both clients and staff. Throughout her career, she has successfully improved service quality, reduced complaints, and driven sustainable growth, even in high-pressure environments.
At Caremark, Gunita plays a central role in ensuring quality, compliance, and person-centred care. While his professional background is rooted in strategic leadership and performance, Sandeep’s move into Caremark is driven by purpose.
