Farina Tayub
Managing Director
Farina Tayub took over Caremark Bradford in January 2008. She has a financial background and was previously involved in businesses in the financial sector. Since setting up the company she has dedicated herself to supporting her domiciliary care business, with a focus on providing excellent care and support to customers in Bradford, in order to improve the quality of life for the people we support.
Keula De Barros
Registered Care Manager
Keula De Barros was inspired to enter career in care after seeing how her father struggled when he became very ill and needed a kidney transplant. She joined Caremark as a Care Assistant before becoming our Recruitment & Compliance Officer. She was promoted to the position of Registered Care Manager in January 2025.
Simranjit Kaur
Care Coordinator (Bradford)
Simranjit joined Caremark in 2022 as a Care Assistant and was promoted to Senior Care Assistant within a year. Her dedication and leadership have now led her to the role of Care Coordinator for Bradford. Simranjit is responsible for organising rotas, liaising with customers and carers, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Chisom Nzenguora
Senior Care Assistant (Bradford)
Chisom joined Caremark as a Care Assistant in 2022 and quickly advanced to become a Senior. In her current role, she balances the needs of customers and carers, ensuring that all care is delivered in a person-centred manner.
Joanna Gaffling-Szamuk
Administrator
Joanna first joined Caremark as an Administration Assistant in November 2009. She helps out with the important day to day general office administration; ensuring everything in the office runs smoothly.
Dorsa Arabour
Finance Officer
Dorsa joined Caremark in January 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in account management and administration. With a keen eye for detail and dedication to accuracy, Dorsa ensures that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
