Farina Tayub
Managing Director
Farina Tayub took over Caremark Bradford in January 2008. She has a financial background and was previously involved in businesses in the financial sector. Since setting up the company she has dedicated herself to supporting her domiciliary care business, with a focus on providing excellent care and support to customers in Bradford, in order to improve the quality of life for the people we support.
Kelly Cooper
Registered Care Manager
Kelly joined Caremark Bradford in February 2024, bringing with her over 20 years’ experience in the care sector and including management roles. During Kelly’s most recent appointment she successfully commissioned a new supported living facility. Kelly’s aim is to safely grow Caremark’s portfolio in Bradford and lead on our social engagement, bringing communities together to promote social inclusion and eliminate isolation.
Rosei Khan
Care Coordinator
Rosei joined Caremark in 2020 as a care and support worker, a role that was new to her. She soon realised she wanted to excel in the health and social care sector and was promoted to the position of Care Coordinator. Rosei thoroughly enjoys this role as it gives her a sense of achievement, knowing she is continuing to make a difference to people’s lives.
Keula De Barros
Recruitment & Compliance Officer
Keula De Barros was inspired to enter career in care after seeing how her father struggled when he became very ill and needed a kidney transplant. She joined Caremark Bradford as a carer and making a difference to people’s quality of life, and now in her role as Recruitment & Compliance Officer she is responsible for recruiting new carers and ensuring we comply with all our regulatory requirements.
Joanna Gaffling-Szamuk
Administrator
Joanna first joined Caremark Bradford as an Administration Assistant in November 2009. She helps out with the important day to day general office administration; ensuring everything in the office runs smoothly.
Dorsa Arabour
Finance Officer
Dorsa joined Caremark in January 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in account management and administration. With a keen eye for detail and dedication to accuracy, Dorsa ensures that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
