Niran Seriki

Managing Director

Niran grew up to love, care and serve people. Niran is a Senior Cyber Security Consultant by profession with over 30 years’ experience and has managed many international organisations. He also serves in several multinational charities supporting people in various countries to develop their potentials and care for people in need.

Early in life, he wanted to be a medical doctor to help people with their medical and health needs but later realised it was difficult for him to bear to see people suffer.

He is a passionate leader who cares about people’s well-being and goes the extra mile to support them to achieve their dreams. This is what he brings to Caremark Bedford in terms of management of both the staff and the customers.

The loss of his mum, who did not receive the type of care he wanted for her, drove him to commit himself to do everything possible to see that no one suffers the same fate, especially if they choose to remain in their own homes and receive domiciliary care. This is his passion for Caremark Bedford – delivering professional care for those who need them in Bedford.

Anthonia Seriki

Managing Director

Anthonia has an instinct and passion to care for and support people. She is always seeking for opportunities to impact lives. From her childhood, she nursed the desire to have an orphanage for ‘Motherless Babies’ as she learnt that some babies were being abandoned.

Whilst teaching, she decided to acquire a Master’s degree in Special Educational Needs from the University of Bedfordshire to adequately cater for children needing extra support in their learning. With support from her husband, she fostered for her local authority, took young people in, and gave them a home.

Anthonia is very passionate when it comes to people and cannot afford to see people suffer.

Indeed, Anthonia derives great joy in serving and making a difference in people’s lives.

She has a big heart that accommodates and cares for everyone, and this is what she brings to Caremark Bedford, to offer excellent domiciliary care…with a big heart.

Judith Wrighting

Registered Care Manager

Judith began her career in health and social care in the 1990s as a support worker, caring for individuals within their own homes.   Over the years, she has gained experience in various settings, supporting people with diverse needs.

In 2013, she became a registered manager and completed her Level 5 in Health and Social Care in 2015.   Judith is eager to continuously learn new skills and expand her knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes for everyone involved, she is a strong advocate for person-centred care, ensuring that each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and goals are always at the forefront of their care.

Judith is a leader who believes in working alongside her team rather than just leading them. She has always maintained an open-door policy, encouraging new ideas to improve the way they work together, promotes caring, diverse, and open-minded values in both her leadership and her approach to providing care, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all.

In her spare time, Judith enjoys spending time in the countryside horse riding and walking, watching movies and spending valuable time with family especially her Grand-Children and friends.
