Business Manager

Varghese is the Business Manager of Caremark Barnsley. A former nurse, he has over 30 years’ experience in health and social care and believes in providing personal and high quality home care for those within the local community in Barnsley.

Jomon Mathew

Operations Director

Jomon is the Operations Director for Caremark Barnsley. A former NHS Nurse with extensive experience, he believes passionately that people should be able to continue to live at home throughout their lives and is focused on delivering the highest quality of care possible.

Sophie Hobson

Care Manager

Sophie joined the team as Care Manager in September 2024. She is responsible for all day-to-day regulated services provided by Caremark Barnsley.

Dawn Paling

Care Coordinator

Dawn joined Caremark Barnsley in 2021. In this role, Dawn is responsible for care assistants in her area, and rostering, making sure customers and care assistants have everything they need and being there for them if they have any issues and concerns.

Helen Connolly

Field Care Supervisor

With a background in retail and over three years of experience in the care sector with Caremark, Helen has developed strong interpersonal and organisational skills that enhance her ability to provide exceptional, person-centred care.

She is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of care delivery, ensuring services meet the highest standards and are tailored to each customer’s unique needs.

Helen conducts regular staff evaluations and customer assessments to maintain consistency and quality and is deeply committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within her team.
