As the Managing Director of a domiciliary care service, I am an experienced healthcare executive with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support services to individuals in need. With a proven track record of success in healthcare management, I lead a dedicated team of professionals who share my passion for delivering person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each customer.
I am determined, dedicated and motivated to put all of my experience, knowledge and understanding to lead the domiciliary care service that fascinates and inspires me. I am responsible for ensuring that high quality care is delivered and that Caremark Watford & Hertsmere lives up to their customers expectations at all times.

Dana Dracinschi
Registered Care Manager
As a Registered Care Manager and experienced healthcare professional with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals in need since 2011. With strong leadership skills, she manages care teams and works collaboratively with customers, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
She joined Caremark in May 2018 and has extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Dana has successfully completed NVQ Level 2, Level 3, and Level 5, and is currently working towards Level 7 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. She is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of care provision.

Elena Marin
Care Coordinator
With over 15 years of experience in the care sector, I’ve supported elderly clients both in their own homes and in residential and nursing settings, including those living with dementia. I started as a care assistant, and over time, my reliability, people skills and attention to detail led me to take on more responsibilities and grow into the role of care coordinator. I’m passionate about making things work – from matching carers with clients to solving everyday challenges and making sure everyone feels supported. For me, care is never just about ticking boxes – it’s about people, not just plans. My aim is always to make care work smoother, more human, and truly person-centred.

Bogdan Poenariu
Field Care Supervisor
Bogdan has been a proud member of the Caremark team since 2020, steadily building his professional journey in the field of care and support for vulnerable individuals. Over the years, he has developed strong skills in empathy, responsibility, and person-centred support.
In 2025, Bogdan successfully completed his Level 6 qualification in Health and Social Care, a milestone that reflects the perfect combination of practical experience and academic knowledge. This achievement highlights his passion for the field, his commitment to continuous development, and his dedication to providing high-quality care.
Bogdan is motivated every day to contribute to a culture of professionalism, compassion, and excellence in care. He is now ready to use both his experience and academic background to further support the Caremark team and promote best practices within Health and Social Care.
