As the Managing Director of a domiciliary care service, I am an experienced healthcare executive with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support services to individuals in need. With a proven track record of success in healthcare management, I lead a dedicated team of professionals who share my passion for delivering person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each customer.

I am determined, dedicated and motivated to put all of my experience, knowledge and understanding to lead the domiciliary care service that fascinates and inspires me. I am responsible for ensuring that high-quality care is delivered and that Caremark Watford & Hertsmere lives up to their customers’ expectations at all times.

Dana Dracinschi

Registered Care Manager

As a Registered Care Manager and experienced healthcare professional with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals in need since 2011. With strong leadership skills, she manages care teams and works collaboratively with customers, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

She joined Caremark in May 2018 and has extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Dana has successfully completed NVQ Level 2, Level 3, and Level 5, and is currently working towards Level 7 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. She is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of care provision.

Shamanatha Killa

HR & Office Administrator

As HR Administrator at Caremark Watford & Hertsmere, I support our team and ensure the smooth running of all HR processes. With strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, I will be handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and staff compliance.

I will be answering to all HR queries, assisting employees with everything from training and development to policies and procedures.

I am dedicated to creating a positive work environment, help to ensure that our team feels valued, supported, and motivated. I also ensure that our workforce is well-supported and our care services meet the highest standards.

Ana Maria Melinda Avram

Field Care Supervisor

I am a dedicated and compassionate individual with a strong healthcare background, including over six years of hands-on domiciliary care experience in the UK and nursing experience in home country.

I am skilled in delivering high-quality care, supporting care teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Passionate about maintaining excellent care services that promote dignity, independence, and well-being for service users.

I am currently working towards NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care.

Claudia Catau

Field Care Supervisor

Claudia is a caring and approachable Field Care Supervisor who supports both clients and care staff across the Watford area. She is passionate about making sure every person receives safe, respectful, and personalised care. Claudia spends much of her time visiting clients, checking that they are happy with their support, and ensuring their care plans reflect their wishes and needs.

She works closely with families, carers, and health professionals to make sure communication is clear and that everyone feels listened to. Claudia is known for her warm manner, her reliability, and her commitment to doing what is right for each individual.

Before returning to Caremark in February 2026, Claudia previously worked with our Watford & Hertsmere teams from 2022 to 2025, where she built strong relationships with clients and staff. After a short personal break, she rejoined the team with even more dedication and enthusiasm.

Claudia holds a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification and continues to develop her skills to provide the best possible support to the people we care for.
