- As the Managing Director of a domiciliary care service, I am an experienced healthcare executive with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support services to individuals in need. With a proven track record of success in healthcare management, I lead a dedicated team of professionals who share my passion for delivering person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each customer.
- I am determined, dedicated and motivated to put all of my experience, knowledge and understanding to lead the domiciliary care service that fascinates and inspires me. I am responsible for ensuring that high quality care is delivered and that Caremark Watford & Hertsmere lives up to their customers expectations at all times.

Registered Care Manager
- As a Registered Care Manager, I am an experienced healthcare professional with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals in need from the year 2011. With strong leadership skills, I manage care teams and work collaboratively with customers, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that are tailored to individual needs.
- I joined Caremark Watford & Hertsmere in 2018. I have extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards as I successfully completed NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 and currently working towards her NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of care provision.

Social Media Manager & Care Coordinator
- I joined Caremark Watford & Hertsmere in 2021 and started my career as a Part time Care Assistant while I was pursuing my Masters in Applied Project Management at University of West London . Later on, I joined as an Care Co-ordinator Intern and continued after completing the internship.
- As a Care Coordinator, I work closely with Care staff and customers to ensure the excellence of our service which includes providing training and education to staff, and conducting audits. My educational background and my experience in Caremark helped me build a strong understanding of the healthcare system, healthcare regulations, and healthcare service delivery.
- After completion of my graduation, I have taken up the duties of managing social media along with Care Coordinator role. In my role as a Social Media Manager, I am responsible for managing the organization’s social media accounts, creating content that promotes the organization’s services and initiatives, and engaging with followers to build and maintain strong relationships with the community.
- Later, I was adeptly transitioned to Caremark Barnet & Enfield branch under same role while consistently delivering exceptional results in the previous branch parallelly.

- In my current role as a Field Care Supervisor, I am entrusted with the important responsibility of ensuring that our clients receive the personalized care and support they need to thrive in the comfort of their own homes. From supervising and supporting our team of dedicated care workers to collaborating closely with clients and their families, I am committed to fostering an environment where compassion, professionalism, and respect are paramount.

With over 8 years of experience in business development, sales and operational management, I have successfully led the implementation of various IT Health projects across both private and government sectors in healthcare and IT back in India. As a Head of Domestic Healthcare Sales at Manorama Infosolutions Pvt Ltd, I expanded the company’s healthcare business across multiple regions, contributing to business strategies in Ghana, Rwanda, and Indonesia. I also played a key role during the pandemic, working with government agencies to provide real-time IT solutions that supported informed decision-making.
I am now pursuing MBA in Healthcare in the University of Bedfordshire, London. I joined in Caremark Watford & Hertsmere as a Care Coordinator in 2024 to develop my abilities to navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry. I manage intricate rota schedules, audit processes, and client coordination, ensuring seamless business operations and strong stakeholder engagement.
Moving forward, I am committed to driving the transformation of care services by promoting strategic growth, improving service delivery, and introducing innovative solutions. My focus lies in enhancing care coordination, optimizing operational efficiency, and delivering improved outcomes for clients through the integration of technology and compassionate care.
