As a Care Assistant, you will provide companionship and support that makes a real impact on people’s lives. You’ll be visiting customers in their own homes across Worcestershire, helping them remain independent while enjoying life to the fullest.
Your role may include:
- Assisting with daily living activities (meals, drinks, tidying around the home)
- Shopping and meal preparation
- Prompting with medication
- Supporting daily routines and personal hygiene
- Helping with pets
- Offering respite services
- Socialising and leisure activities
- Helping customers access the community
