Richard Rees

Managing Director & RI

Richard is the managing director of Caremark Swansea and Responsible Individual. Richard has a passion for Caremark Swansea providing high quality care to our clients and is dedicated to making a difference in the people who we care for lives. Richards philosophy is that the best care promotes independent living in your own home.

Richard has a wealth of business knowledge having been involved in franchising since 2009. He is an advocate for creating and providing jobs within the local community.

Richard believes in honesty and integrity in everything Caremark Swansea does.

India Smith

Care Manager

India has worked within the Care Sector for 16 years and has always been passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and support. Throughout her career, India has gained extensive experience across a range of care settings, including domiciliary care, supported living, residential, and nursing environments. India has a vast amount of experience working with vulnerable adults, individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours. Utilising all this experience, and desire to learn, India completed her QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management in 2019.

India takes great pride in contributing positively to the lives of individuals who require care and support, and is proactive in promoting a person-centred practice, with dignity, and independence at the forefront of her care provision.

India worked within apprenticeships for 6 years. She undertook various roles that supported the professional development of others within the sector. During this time, India had the privilege of working with aspiring, and existing managers as they completed their Level 5 Leadership and Management qualifications. India particularly enjoyed sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and building confidence among care professionals to help them reach their full potential and uphold the values of quality, compassion, and respect in care.

India enjoys walking her dog and keeping fit by running and going to the gym.

Trudie Williams

Field Care Supervisor

Trudie Is our Field Care Supervisor and is to committed to delivering the highest standards of care and support. Trudie has a high level of integrity and passion for the work and care she provides.

Trudie has level QCF 3 in Health and social care and is very keen at writing risk assessments. Trudie is now pursuing a QCF Level 4 in Health and Social Care Management with the intention of qualifying to become a Care Manager. Trudie is an ambassador for Caremark, her conduct is exemplary and she oversees care and support to clients and staff alike.
