I have worked across a range of sectors, including care, housing, and compliance, gaining extensive knowledge and hands on experience in each area.
My interest in the care sector was deeply influenced by personal experience supporting a relative in need of care sparked a genuine passion for helping others and inspired me to pursue a career where I could make a meaningful impact.
I am passionate about getting things right the first time and take pride in fostering a culture of excellence within a team.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new foods, travelling, and spending quality time with my family.

Francis Adebusuyi

Francis brings over 15 years of leadership and strategic management experience to his role as Managing Director of Caremark Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge & Malling. He also holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, further strengthening his expertise in delivering high-quality, person-centered care services and effective organisational leadership within the adult care sector.
With a proven track record in driving business growth, leading innovation, and delivering operational excellence, Francis is focused on steering the company toward its long-term vision and strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Caremark, Francis held senior leadership positions across several high-profile organisations, including the NHS. In these roles, he successfully led transformative initiatives that improved operational efficiency, expanded service delivery, and enhanced team performance. His diverse career spans technology, healthcare, and operations, giving him a broad and insightful perspective on the evolving challenges and opportunities within the care industry.
A strong advocate of collaborative leadership, Francis fosters a workplace culture rooted in inclusivity, open communication, and shared purpose. He actively encourages innovation and empowers teams to think creatively, contribute fresh ideas, and continuously improve the quality of care and service delivery.
As Managing Director, Francis is committed to positioning Caremark as a leading provider within the region by championing customer-focused care, sustainable practices, and the effective use of technology to enhance service delivery. His leadership approach is centered on building strong, trust-based relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders alike.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Francis enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing Scrabble, and learning new languages. He is a passionate believer in lifelong learning and sees continuous personal and professional development as essential to success.

Omolola Odumosu
Deputy Care Manager

Omolola Odumosu is a passionate and dedicated Care Manager with extensive experience in the health and social care sector. She began her career as a Care Assistant and, over the years, developed the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to progress into a Care Manager role.
She is educated to Master’s degree level, having studied Business Information Technology, which has equipped her with valuable analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills that support her effective approach to care management and service delivery.
Omolola is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. With experience in care management, safeguarding, compliance, staff coordination, and quality assurance, she is recognised for her compassionate approach, strong leadership, and unwavering commitment to maintaining excellent standards of care.
Inspired by personal experiences supporting loved ones, Omolola is driven by a genuine passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives and creating a supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, exploring new cuisines, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Donna MacKenzie
Assessor
Donna is an experienced and dedicated Assessor with a long-standing career in the health and social care sector. Having progressed through the ranks from frontline care roles, she has developed a deep understanding of the industry, combining practical experience with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Her journey within care has equipped her with invaluable knowledge of person-centred care, compliance, staff development, and quality standards. Through years of hands-on experience, she has honed her ability to support, guide, and assess care professionals, helping them build confidence, competence, and excellence in their roles.
Passionate about developing others, Donna takes pride in nurturing talent and supporting individuals to achieve their professional goals within the care sector. Her approachable nature, wealth of experience, and commitment to high standards make her a respected and valued member of the team.

She is highly organised, proactive, and enjoys bringing fresh ideas that contribute to a supportive, person-centred environment and high standards of care.
