Managing Director

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and have worked with local communities and children. Have worked for several years within the hospitality, marketing, and airline sector, subsequently worked in accounting & finance as well.

My strong drive and passion for delivery of quality care to the community lead me to seek a career change and follow the path that my heart desired that of Social care. I want to make a difference in people’s lives by following the Caremark ethos and delivering professional quality care within the local community and enhancing people’s lives.

Luis Silva

Care Manager

Luis began his healthcare journey in community emergency roles before transitioning to community care. He later coordinated an NHS hospital ward, focusing on enabling patients to return home. His earlier experience includes managing care for vulnerable children and those with acquired brain injuries. This background, combined with his passion for excellent care, led him to his current role as Care Manager at Caremark Redbridge.

Luis is dedicated to making a positive impact in healthcare through compassionate care management, bringing extensive experience in supporting individuals with diverse needs. His leadership in both hospital and community settings emphasizes person-centered care. He approaches complex scenarios with a positive mindset, empathy, and a commitment to personalized care, aiming to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he serves.

Outside of work, Luis enjoys reading, team sports, and cooking.
