Managing Director

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and have extensive experience working with local communities and children. My professional background spans several sectors, including hospitality, marketing, aviation, and accounting and finance, which has equipped me with strong interpersonal, organisational, and analytical skills.

Driven by a deep passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, I made a conscious career transition into social care to pursue work that aligns with my values. I am committed to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives by upholding the Caremark ethos, delivering professional and compassionate care, and supporting individuals within the local community to live enhanced, fulfilling lives.

Lara Badmus

Care Manager

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I am dedicated to ensuring that every individual receives safe, compassionate, and person-centred support. My career has spanned a wide range of services, including adult support, elderly care, and work with children, including those with behavioural needs and emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). I have also worked in specialist services supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs, as well as adults experiencing behavioural challenges and substance misuse issues.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working closely with local authorities and Integrated Care Boards, building strong partnerships that help deliver high-quality, coordinated care. These collaborations have strengthened my commitment to promoting dignity, independence, and positive outcomes for the people we support.

As Care Manager at Caremark Redbridge, I lead with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in our community. I believe in empowering both the people we support and our care teams, ensuring that everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.

My experience includes supporting adults, children, and older people; working with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs; overseeing care planning and quality assurance; collaborating with multiple agencies; developing and leading staff teams; and working closely with local authorities and Integrated Care Boards to ensure the highest standards of care.

Kalpa Amarasinghe

Field Care Supervisor

Kalpa is a compassionate and dedicated health and social care professional with over seven years of experience supporting adults in the United Kingdom and Sri Lanka. He is passionate about delivering person-centred care and specialises in helping individuals with dementia, complex needs, and elderly care needs, always promoting dignity, independence, and comfort.

As Field Care Supervisor at Caremark Redbridge, Kalpa ensures the highest standards of care, supports his team, and creates a safe, nurturing environment for clients. He holds a Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care (UK), a Level 3 Diploma in Clinical Caregiver, and an MBA from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University, complemented by CPD training in dementia care, safeguarding, and first aid.

Khin Lwin

Senior Team Lead

I hold a Diploma in Nursing from Singapore, and a BSc in Nursing from the University of Sunderland, London. I have worked in healthcare settings including emergency, oncology, and critical care in internationally accredited hospitals in Singapore and Myanmar. I have also gained experience in marketing and brand management, working with well-known organisations and developing strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

My passion for supporting others led me to continue my career in health and social care in the UK. I am committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care within the community and supporting individuals to live with dignity, independence, and the highest quality of care.
