After four years of service in the Army, including an overseas deployment, I transitioned into roles within the insurance and tax sectors. These experiences sharpened my skills in organisation, compliance, and client service. My decision to enter the care sector is rooted in personal experience. I witnessed the damaging effects of poor quality care, and it left a lasting impression. That experience drives my commitment to build a service that families can genuinely trust. Caremark North Norfolk is my way of blending the strength of Caremark’s national standards with my own local dedication ensuring people across our community can live independently at home with dignity, compassion, and professionalism. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active at the gym and spending time with my family.

I joined Caremark North Norfolk and Great Yarmouth in September 2025 to lead the launch of a new branch, an exciting opportunity to grow the business from the ground up. With 29 years of experience across the care sector, including training and teaching, I bring deep knowledge and passion to the role. Outside of work, I’m a parent of three, and I enjoy travelling, reading, and cheering on my daughter at football matches each weekend.
