Natasha Dhariwal
Managing Director
Natasha is the Managing Director of Caremark Maidstone, where she has spent over eight years building and leading a dedicated care team. With more than a decade of experience in finance and recruitment, she brings strong leadership, people skills, and operational expertise that have helped shape the growth and success of the branch.
She is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and making a meaningful difference within the local community. Natasha has introduced a number of initiatives, including weekly COGS clubs with Age UK, a monthly “Chattering Chums” coffee morning in partnership with the West Kent Befriending Charity, and regular engagement with local community groups. She is also proud to be a Dementia Champion.
Outside of work, Natasha has a young family and enjoys spending time with her family & friends.

Tharandeep Dhariwal
Managing Director
Tharandeep is passionate about the domiciliary care sector and feels that everybody should have access to the highest standards of in-home care whenever they may need it. Because of this and his wife’s passion for helping others, the idea to create Caremark Maidstone was formed in late 2018.
Whilst Tharandeep doesn’t have an active role in the running of Caremark Maidstone, he assists with many behind the scenes activities, including company finances, social media and facilities management.
In his free time, Tharandeep enjoys spending time his family and friends, and partaking in sports events.

Krystal Parkes
Registered Care Manager
Krystal brings over 22 years of experience in the health and social care sector, offering a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Caremark. Alongside Natasha, she helped open the doors to the service over eight years ago, playing a key role in its foundation and ongoing development.
She is highly organised and outcome-focused, with a strong background in quality assurance, strategic planning, and continuous service improvement. Krystal is committed to recognising and developing talent within her team, supporting ongoing professional growth.
Her priority is delivering consistently high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity for every individual who uses the service.
Krystal strongly believes that clear and open communication is essential in domiciliary care, particularly when supporting people and families as they begin to navigate care services. She is dedicated to guiding customers through these transitions with understanding and clarity.
Through her proactive approach and enthusiasm, Krystal has played a key role in shaping Caremark’s service delivery and operational standards.
She holds a Level 7 qualification in Senior Leadership and Management

Martha Mapanzure
Field Care Supervisor
Martha is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong passion in patient care, team management and compliance. She joined Caremark Maidstone in April 2024. Martha has a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient outcomes and leading high-performing teams.
Martha started caring for her grandparents and extended family at a very tender age as she supported her mum who is a nurse and this is how she became passionate about caring, Martha is currently working on completing her NVQ Level 5 in Adult Social Care.
Martha enjoys spending time at home with her children and family, going out for dinner and loves to go for an evening run.

Kirsty Medhurst
Field Care Supervisor
Kirsty is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong passion for caring for others.
Kirsty joined Caremark over 4 years ago as a Care Support Worker. Since then Kirsty has built upon her knowledge and has a good understanding of our clients’ needs and person centered care.
Kirsty knows how to bring a team together to get the best out of the service we deliver: she is skilled in communication and problem-solving. Kirsty is currently studying for her NVQ level 4.
Kirsty enjoys spending time at the sea side with her family, she loves the sea air and the long beach walks.

Chipo Magaya
Field Care Supervisor
Chipo joined Caremark in September 2024 as a Field Care Supervisor but has been in the health sector for over 10 years now.
Chipo started working for a medical aid company in administration and her passion for improving health and wellbeing of others led her to join the care industry.
She is a friendly communicator who creates a good rapport has great team building skills and is driven to provide a high quality service with consistent results.
Chipo is currently working on completing her NVQ Level 3 diploma in adult social care, in her spare time Chipo enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
