Calum Gray
Managing Director
Calum spent 33 years as a musician in the Army before hanging up his uniform for the last time in 2007. In early 2008 he established Caremark Winchester & Eastleigh and during the intervening years has seen the business develop an excellent reputation locally, not only with Clients but also with the many stakeholders at Hampshire County Council’s Adult Services and West Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group.
In his spare time he plays golf, follows the fortunes of Southampton Football Club (for better or for worse) and is Music Director of Southampton Concert Wind Band.

Lorraine Horeman
Care Manager
Lorraine started her career in care 15 years ago as a carer and has worked her way up to Care Manager gaining her qualifications and experience along the way. Lorraine is passionate about helping Customers remain in their own homes. Lorraine started in domiciliary care and worked for many years in the Acquired Brain Injury sector as an Area Manager.

Julie Walker
Care Co-ordinator
Julie brings to Caremark extensive experience as a Care Coordinator, having fulfilled that role with another local care provider for over 10 years.

Hannah Hoyland
Other
Hannah joined Caremark in March 2021 having previously worked in a wide range of administrative roles, including running her own business.

Debbie Grinter
Field Care Supervisor
After joining St John Ambulance and passing her home nursing examination, Debbie was keen to carry on with this as a career. She has been in the care sector now for over forty years and worked in hospitals on different wards and departments, including being a Phlebotomist. Debbie also spends time caring for children and young adults with life-limiting illnesses. For Debbie, the best feeling of the day is receiving a smile from the person you are caring for.
