My mother was quite anxious when she needed Care Workers to call and support her in her own home. Full marks to Caremark for providing an excellent service. The Care Workers have been very professional, friendly, hardworking and caring. My mother had a fall this week just before her morning Care Worker S arrived. She immediately took charge, sought help and advice both promptly and professionally. My mother has complete confidence in her Care Workers and looks forward to their calls – nothing is too much trouble both for those in the field and the administration staff in the office. We as a family have peace of mind. An excellent company.

My sister and I would like to convey our own thanks to all those at Caremark who helped our Dad live independently over the last months, particularly T, who had a mature understanding of his needs and brightened his day.

I wrote earlier to tell you how much we have enjoyed the company and help that D and T have given us, and now you have also sent us I. All that I have said about the others equally applies to her – she’s lovely and worked so hard to help us. Aren’t we lucky!

I was present when your Supervisors did an assessment. I was in awe at the patience and care they took throughout. Please extend to them both my thanks and appreciation.

We have care for my wife who has an unusual form of dementia: she likes the Care Workers who visit. They are friendly as well as professional and at the end of every visit she is happy. The key is the personality of the Care Workers we have met as well as a well-run and approachable office group supporting their work.

I am writing to tell you how much I appreciated my time with Caremark. I learned much and I am thankful for the privilege of having worked with Caremark. I remember all the good times with fondness. I thank you especially for the trust and confidence you had in me and all the training programmes you put in place for me. You were always accommodating and generous with your time and advice.

I would like to thank you and all the wonderful carers who work for you for all the care and attention you showed my aunt. The last few weeks were very difficult and you dealt with her wonderfully, giving her extra time when she had problems and cajoling her into the shower (very nicely of course!) when she regularly declined.

The carers were always very well turned out and behaved very professionally, very kind and truly caring – they are a real credit to you and your recruitment processes.

When there were problems and the carers called the ambulance service / GP etc, I was always kept well informed promptly by your wonderful office staff and the carers on duty, all of which I truly appreciated as I did not live locally and had a journey of at least one and a half hours to reach my aunt’s house.

I have to mention your carer E, as she always seemed to be there when my aunt needed assistance after a fall etc and was regularly there when I visited. She has a wonderful, sunny nature, treated Auntie H very kindly and also listened to her properly when I know other people didn’t. I need to thank her especially for all the times she patiently called and left me messages until I responded. She probably went beyond the call of duty but I was very glad that she did.

It’s good to know that there are still kind, caring people out there and, obviously, they all work for Caremark! Once again, thank you to all your staff, both carers and office staff for your kind attention – you have restored my faith in the care industry and I would recommend Caremark to anyone looking for care at home.

Just a short email to say I am really pleased with the ongoing care I receive. I enjoy chatting with my Carers over numerous topics from the news and travel to Formula 1, with special reference to M whom I find very knowledgeable, not only with providing care but also Formula 1 (despite him supporting a different team!). I look forward to all my visits and also want to thank the management team for encouraging me to accept some care and support. It was they who saw that I was in need of care after looking after my wife 24/7 for years before she passed away – she also had the best care from Caremark.
