I have been a client with Caremark for some considerable time and have received help after a long stay in hospital, post-COVID care when I was extremely frail, post-operative care after a serious accident and now a daily visit to help with personal care. On all these occasions, the staff have been very professional, polite, kind, caring and encouraging and supportive. They are given training before they start and are encouraged to study and gain more qualifications. Queries are dealt with promptly and a regular carer is provided when possible. This helps me enormously to feel safe with someone I know and who knows my needs and routines. It helps to provide a smooth, effective and efficient service.
My sister and I engaged Caremark to provide some companionship for our 86-year-old mother in January 2023. Following a bad fall in April, we were delighted to learn that Caremark was to provide a care package on her return home from the hospital. We have found the carers to be thoroughly professional and – most importantly – always available on the end of the phone for advice and support. Dealing with our mother’s frailty and early-stage dementia was never going to be easy, but it was made considerably easier with Caremark. Thoroughly recommended.

My elderly Mother is now showing signs of short term memory loss so I visit her twice a week. As I was going on holiday I didn’t want to leave her for more than a week so called Caremark Warwick in.
The process for holiday cover was simple and easy to organise. A quick phone call to the office, they sent a Supervisor out to do an assessment, and then a rota was sent to me to let me know what times they would be coming.
This service gave me peace of mind and meant I could enjoy my holiday without worrying. If you are looking for respite or holiday care then you will not be disappointed.

Mum likes the professional behaviour, they do not chat about other carers or clients and I get her rota emailed to me the weekend before. She is always pleased to see who will be visiting her and I know that Mum’s manager goes out of her way to ensure Mum has her visits and often covering herself and Mum likes her.
They are very efficient and do a great deal of work in the short time and it really gets Mum set up for the day ahead.
What I do like is they only ring me when appropriate and I feel that is because they are well trained to know when it is important although I would never have a problem if they needed to contact me.

Caremark was highly recommended to me and the service received is excellent. They were very prompt in responding to my enquiry and setting up an assessment for my parents. The communication is very good with a weekly rota of times sent out well in advance. All the personnel are kind and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for their services. Caremark was recommended by a trusted friend who was also using them for her mother. They have been amazing in helping me help my folks and we are extremely grateful. I know they will be there in an emergency, which happened recently, at short notice. I anticipate this may happen again and have confidence they will be there on the day. Having had a very bad experience previously, when my husband went into a care home so I could have a respite break, I was determined he would never have to go through that again. So I contacted Caremark to enquire about the possibility of a carer living in while I had a long weekend break. It was organised and worked out wonderfully. My husband had a carer he likes and gets on with and she was essentially me for the weekend. I was able to message her to check in and also able to talk to my husband. While she was here she caught up with all my laundry. I honestly could not have asked for more and when I got back my husband was happy and smiling. I’m definitely planning on doing this again.
The team at Caremark Warwick responded quickly to put care in place for my 102 year old mother. They allocated a great companion for her who has been willing to do whatever she wants e.g. exercises, walks in the wheelchair and reading to her. He shows care and compassion. I have also been impressed by the efficiency and flexibility of the whole team. Thank you for improving my life, as well as Mother’s.
The carers all seem very friendly towards my mum, who has Alzheimer’s. They inform me any problems that may arise quickly. When I have met some of the carers they have always treated me well and I can see that my mum feels comfortable in their presence. Would highly recommend Caremark.
Communication with the office, Barney (owner and MD) and the Care Co-ordinator, has been first class from my initial enquiry. No chasing for replies to emails, as there was with the other care provider we used.
I’m happy with the service provided by Caremark. They contacted me if there was an issue I should be aware of. On one occasion my mum had taken the incorrect days’ medication from her blister pack. The carer noticed this, called 111, the Care Coordinator called me and the carer waited for me to arrive, past the time the visit should have ended, whilst discussing my mum’s medication with the 111 adviser when they called back.
We were recommended to Caremark six months ago, and they have transformed all our lives immeasurably. After a very bad five month experience with a care agency that was allocated to us, after my mother had left hospital, we were a bit apprehensive about whether Caremark could live up to all the good reviews. They certainly have surpassed my expectations with weekly rotas sent to us, and a lovely team of regular carers who all help to build my mother’s confidence in their care. I can happily recommend Caremark without any hesitation.
We have used Caremark Warwick for the last six months. I can honestly say the service and support we have received has been excellent. The carers work with my daughter who has complex disabilities and requires extensive support. I have found the carers to be very conscious of meeting the needs of my daughter and they treat my daughter with a smile and a welcome every morning. The carers are very thorough with bathing and hygiene requirements and always care for my daughter in a dignified way. Regarding the management. I have found the management to be very supportive and responsive to any requests we need to make. The management have ensured that my daughter’s care has been consistent and we have never been let down throughout our time with Caremark. A rota is provided every week and all administration requirements are all up to date.
To conclude, I can 100% recommend Caremark.
My mother has Clare for 3 calls a day on the days Clare works and it is working really well. Clare has got to know Mum and her likes and dislikes, where things are in the house and how Mum likes things done. She’s been a huge help! Mum’s meals are much better planned and Clare is proving to be very thoughtful. Mum is very positive about this and was singing her praises today. I have appreciated the continuity of care and when I met Clare at Christmas, her very positive and practical attitude.

Found Caremark Warwick easy to deal with whilst arranging care visits for my Mum who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and needs assistance showering etc. They arranged times around her routine and have been reliable, friendly and patient when attending.
