Registered Care Manager

Ami has gained valuable experience in various healthcare settings, including the NHS, where she pursued her degree in Health and Social Care, before transitioning into community care services.

Ami Recognises the significance of enabling individuals to live independently in their own homes, with the  primary objective to tailor care to each client’s personal preferences and choices, ensuring their safety and well-being remains paramount.


Lynn Smith

Field Care Supervisor

Lynn has many years of care experience behind her and is a valuable member of our office team. Her role as a supervisor brings her into close contact with both carers and customers.

Lynn particularly enjoys mentoring new staff and onboarding customers.

Carol Locke

Field Care Supervisor

Carol joined the office team as a Supervisor bringing with her extensive experience of Live in Care. She works closely with our Live In recruitment team, and provides operational support to all our carers and customers.

Carol has been awarded Caremark Carer of the Year 2022.

Lesley Bailey

Training Manager

Lesley has with responsibility for all aspects of staff training. She has a wealth of experience gained in residential care homes where she developed excellent knowledge and understanding over her 30 years in the Health and Social Care industry.

Lesley holds qualifications in teaching, is an A1 Assessor and also holds a IOSSH qualification in Health and Safety.
