We would like to take this opportunity to say a special thank you to all at Caremark for your ever caring and considerate ways both professionally and personally in these difficult times we are currently experiencing…..it is always a pleasure to have you in attendance both for B’s own medical and care requirements but also in the support that you give to me on a daily basis.

A customer recently sent the following….”… I cant sing Alice’s praises enough after her visit today. I would like her back next week for an extra 2.5 hours. Caremark are marvellous and I will be continuing to use Caremark whilst my private carer is out of action….”

I just wanted to thank you very much for all the help you give me with my husband, everybody was so friendly and kind, and I always felt able to ring up and ask for help when needed knowing that you would do everything you could to cover the time requested.

Can we highlight how much the care assistant goes above and beyond her duties to look after my father. It gives us great confidence in Caremark, we are impressed by Caremark as a whole team and appreciate your support.

I’m happy to report that we have had Caremark coming in for the past 4 days & their performance has been exemplary. They have arrived before 8 am each day & all of the staff have been kind & caring, and they have all used the Sara Steady without any difficulty.

I would just like to compliment on David’s care assistant, Linda.
Linda supported David to Pembury hospital for his ENT appointment last week with myself and another nurse.
It was so refreshing to see Linda, a true professional, demonstrating nothing but excellence in her deliverance of care to David.
David was extremely anxious throughout this examination, Linda remained calm and in turn was able to calm David down too.
Linda spoke to David on a level that he could understand what was happening with regards to his health.
Linda showed care and compassion whilst dealing with David . David and Linda have certainly built a good rapport together. It was lovely to see and I just felt that this should not go unnoticed.

Thank you and your team for the wonderful care you provided to my Dad, really was a weight off my mind knowing that he was being so well looked after.

The support provided by Caremark at a difficult time was first class and eased our burden greatly. With our needs ever changing, I particularly appreciated your flexibility and responsiveness in making the necessary arrangements and that of the team in meeting them. I should add that all of the carers that we saw were marvelous with mum. They were very professional, attentive and most of all extremely caring, and that was a great comfort to us.
Mum is now much more settled in her new environment and her condition has improved a little. She has expressed a wish to return home and should she recover sufficiently this might be possible. If she were to do so then we would certainly be asking again for your services.

The past year has been the best time Dad could have had with your carers looking after him. They kept him in the manner he lived before ageing took over. They showed so much empathy and dedication not often found with caring today. Your company has a wonderful way of doing a very difficult and demanding job. I have always had complete confidence leaving Dad in your safe hands.

I and the rest of his family want to say a sincere heartfelt thank you to all at Caremark for such depth and consideration accorded to him.
