Richard is the managing director of Caremark Swansea and Responsible Individual. Richard has a passion for Caremark Swansea providing high quality care to our clients and is dedicated to making a difference in the people who we care for lives. Richards philosophy is that the best care promotes independent living in your own home.

Richard has a wealth of business knowledge having been involved in franchising since 2009. He is an advocate for creating and providing jobs within the local community.
