We received an email today from the family of AW, thanking our carer YM for her help and support when AW had a vein burst in her leg, YM acted professionally and calmly and was stayed with AW when she was taken to the hospital, it was said by the paramedics and the hospital staff that if YM had not of acted the way that she did then AW could of died.
A big thank you to YM from all of the family and a big well done from all Caremark staff.
