Craig Cameron

Managing Director

After many years consulting in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing, Craig has joined Caremark (Guildford and Woking) after founding and managing his own nursing company.  His previous business focused on nurse training and providing care and support to patients in their own homes, as well as supporting other medical professionals with the delivery of specialised treatments.

Craig is passionate about providing the highest standards of care and support, not only to our customers but also our management and team of talented carers.

Samantha Cameron

Managing Director

Sam started her career in care as a residential Care Assistant progressing to palliative care. Her passion for her resident’s well-being was second-to-none. This passion led her not only caring for her own family members but taking on the role of working within the family nursing business and managing their care assistant training program. She was also responsible for leading the roll out and day-to-day management of one of her customer’s specialist treatments, a procedure that was administered by specially trained nurses across the UK.

Sarah Jones

Care Manager

Sarah has 35+ years of Care experience in care, from working in a residential home to Domiciliary care, starting as a Care assistant then going up the ladder as a Supervisor and then Manager, She also works as a volunteer at her local Hospice
Sarah’s role as Manager is to Ensure that Aims and Objectives are achieved and to ensure that each customer receives care and support which is appropriate to their individual needs.
Sarah is highly qualified, for example she has her Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Adult care, and she has recently completed her Dementia Champion Certificate too.

  • To ensure compliance with Caremark’s system. policies and procedures
  • To deliver training to staff as appropriate and to identify any further development or training needs
  • To oversee recruitment and appointment of all staff
  • Implementation of complaints procedure

Aimee Davis

Care Coordinator

Aimee has worked for Caremark Guildford & Woking as a Care Assistant, Supervisor since February 2018. She has now joined the leadership team as Care Coordinator.

Since joining Caremark, Aimee has now achieved her NVQ 2 and is currently studying for her NVQ 3. She has also obtained her Level 3 in Training & Education. She is a highly valued member of the leadership team due to her expertise and experience across our multiple disciplines.

Field Care Supervisor

Sarah meets potential new customers and finds out their individual needs, Sarah will then agree with the customer on the amount of care they require. Sarah has worked within the care industry for 32yrs, she wanted to work within care as she is passionate to look after the elderly.

Sarah also ensures that the care assistants have everything they require to carry out care at a high standard, she will deliver PPE and Covid19 tests to carers unable to get into the office.

Sarah completes regular spot checks, supervisions etc. ensuring that Caremark Guildford & Woking are compliant.

Financial Controller

Jacqui trained and qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte, where she was an Audit Manager. For seven years she also lectured students studying for their AAT qualifications. Jacqui is the Financial Controller with Caremark Guildford and Woking and a highly valued member of the team taking care of everything financial.

I’ve been working for Caremark for 5 years and I’m half way through my NVQ 3! When I first started for Caremark, I was shy and really lacked confidence. Caremark welcomed me with open arms. The Caremark team feel like my second family, they’ve all been so supportive and kind!
I started working in care, due to my experience with my two sisters with disabilities. I’ve thrived seeing progression in my sisters and now with my lovely clients.
Going home knowing that you have improved the quality of someone’s day and their quality of life can make it all feel extremely worthwhile.

But this is not all of us. We have a whole team of Care Support Workers. Our Care Support Workers ensure your loved one’s safety and dignity. All our carers have enhanced DBS checks and they undergo rigorous training. Many of our Carers are studying for, or have achieved their NVQ qualifications in adult social care.

Our carers build bonds and friendships with our customers. They are there through the good times and through the bad. They remain by our customers sides and treat them as they would their own family. It takes a very special person to do this job and we are proud of each and every one of our carers.
