Jyoti Kumar

Managing Director

After completing her post graduation in Commerce, Jyoti always wanted to do something of her own but due to her motherhood role, she had to change her path towards Security Operations at Heathrow. When Covid hit all of us, she realized that help was needed in the community and giving something back to the society felt the right thing to do. She looked for opportunities where she could make real difference to society as well as do something for a living. That’s when she decided to go with Domiciliary home care business.

“I couldn’t have asked for anything else.
At Caremark Surreyheath and Rushmoor, we deliver highest standard of professional care and support to those who in need and who chose to remain living in their own home thus encourage their independence and safety.”

Sherise Allen

Registered Care Manager

My name is Sherise, and I am proud to be a Registered Care Manager with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

My career in care began at the age of 20, working within both domiciliary care and residential care settings. These experiences gave me a real understanding of the importance of dignity, independence, compassion and making a positive difference to people’s everyday lives.

I later progressed into healthcare management, spending four years as a CQC Registered Manager within dentistry, overseeing four locations. This allowed me to develop strong skills in leadership, compliance, safeguarding, quality assurance and supporting teams to deliver the highest standards.

I made the decision to return to the care sector because it is where my passion truly lies. I am excited to bring the knowledge and experience I have gained back into an environment that means so much to me. There is no greater reward than knowing the work we do can make a genuine difference to someone’s life.

My aim is to create a service where the people we support receive exceptional care and where our team feels valued, supported and proud of the work they do. People may not always remember what you did, but they will always remember how you made them feel.

Aimee Davis

Care Coordinator

I began my journey with Caremark in 2018 as a care assistant, and since then I have had the opportunity to grow and develop within the company into roles including field care supervisor and now as care coordinator.

Throughout my time here, I have achieved both my level 2 and level 3 qualification in adult social care, which has supported me in building a strong foundation of knowledge and practical skills.

What I value most about my role is the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives. Over the years, I have gained a wide range of experience supporting individuals with different needs, and this has helped me develop not only professionally but personally too. I’m passionate about delivering high-quality care, supporting our team, and ensuring that every service user receives compassionate, person-centred support.

Being part of Caremark has allowed me to grow in confidence and understanding, and I’m proud to be part of a team that truly cares about the people we support.
