This is my first experience of being cared for. The care assistants have been excellent and worked hard to ensure my wellbeing and meet all my needs. They have always been very patient and caring. They have been very punctual and always willing to listen and support me. It has been very nice to feel that they have all cared and that is without exception. They have also been very sensitive to what I find embarrassing situations.

Caremark are an excellent company, I couldn’t wish for better, they always know what to do. I have regular care assistants and the supervisor is so helpful, if I have any worries I call the office and they help me, they go above and beyond.

All members of the team have been very helpful and instigated full-time care with very little notice. The care assistants I have met have been very kind and considerate of my extremely elderly father and he seems very relaxed with them.

All the care workers were very patient and attentive with my husband D Jolly, during the weeks they have attended to him. He wasn’t the easiest of patients towards the end although, I’m sure he wasn’t aware of it. Thank you and all the best to all the wonderful and dedicated carers.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Caremark for all your help and support in providing care for dad this year. You genuinely made such a difference to dad’s life (& mine) for these past precious months. Keep up the good work!
