My sister and I would like to thank everyone at Caremark who were involved in the excellent care of our sister. The service provided by everyone from office staff, supervisors and care assistants was second to none and the kindness and compassion shown to our sister was lovely to see.
Our sister was reluctant to have care assistants initially but once she became familiar with them and the daily routine, she began to enjoy their visits. As her most regular and longstanding care assistants, she was particularly fond of B and L, but was equally grateful to all of the care assistants who visited her and in the past few months , as her Alzheimers accelerated and she became anxious and afraid, the care assistants’ visits gave her a feeling of security.
In addition to the care given to our sister, the support you gave to my other sister and I will never be forgotten, and without your help it is doubtful that we would have coped with what was to unfold during the past year and two months in particular.
Thank you for all your care, support, love, friendship and kindness that you showed to mum, myself and the rest of the family over the past 3+ years.
We have so many happy memories to savour – too numerous to list here!
