Rosemarie Duncan

Registered Care Manager

As we know, working in social care is more than a job, it’s a profession! It takes a certain type of person, someone with fortitude, courage, a bright disposition, and an irresistible passion to succeed. These are all the qualities that Rosemarie possesses as a great manager and leader. upholding quality and business development as per CQC standards.

Rosemarie started off her career as a domiciliary care worker only a few years after moving to the United Kingdom, with no previous experience in an industry that was still unrecognized at the time. Over a 20 years span, Rosemarie has transcended from domiciliary care worker to manager of the company she started with, to Registered Manager at Caremark Bromley which delivers over 5000 weekly hours.

Rosemarie’s most recent achievement is establishing a service for children and young people with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. looking after 47 children since launching 3 years ago.

Sandhya Reetun

Senior Field Care Supervisor

Sandy has been working for the company for over 7 years. She has worked in Health and Social Care for 20 years, using her vast knowledge to guide the new generation of carers in going above and beyond.

Known as always being there for her workers and prompt in handling feedback from customers.

Abigail Manu

Field Care Supervisor

A dedicated member of our team who brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her role. Hailing from Ghana, Abigail previously served as a lab technician, where she tirelessly analysed diverse samples to identify viruses afflicting patients in the hospital.

In February 2023, driven by her passion for making a difference, Abigail took a brave step forward, temporarily leaving her cherished family – her loving husband and two precious daughters – to embark on a new journey with us. Fuelled by a fervent desire to advance her career and extend her impact, she transitioned seamlessly into the role of Field Care Supervisor.

Abigail’s unwavering commitment to the well-being of others is a testament to her remarkable character and the invaluable contributions she brings to our team.

Kassie Pender

Children Field Care Supervisor

Kassie has worked in Health and Social care for 8 years. Specialising with working with individuals with complex needs, she is now the Children’s Field Care Supervisor.

She is passionate about working with vulnerable young people, striving to improve their lives and their families.

 

Kafilat Badmus

Recruitment and Training Manager

Kafilat is our Training and Recruitment Manager. She began her career with Caremark as a care coordinator and has worked the field getting to know our customers. 

Prior to joining Caremark, Kafilat worked for 16 years in HR and as a retail induction trainer for M&S. This helped her as she became the training manager, holding fun and engaging training sessions on a weekly basis. 

In Kafilat’s words, working in care has been the most rewarding job she has ever had.  

Ajay Reetun

Recruitment Administrator

Ajay has worked with the company since 2020. He has previously worked in Customer Service but after the Covid lockdown realised his passion was to be helping others.

Ajay started as a Care and Support worker, learning what it means to work in Health and Social care with Caremark Bromley’s variety of service users. Due to his previous experience, he was then invited to work as Care Coordinator but is now working in recruitment.

Oreoluwa Adekanmbi

Orpington Care Coordinator

Oreoluwa Adekanmbi, is a passionate advocate for people and providing care to others. She holds a Masters degree in Security, Intelligence and Diplomacy from the University of Buckingham. UK. Her love for diplomacy stems from her fascination with the complexities of global politics and the desire to create a positive change. As a solution-focused individual, Oreoluwa is committed to finding practical and sustainable solutions to various social and healthcare issues. Her passion for helping people is evident in her previous  work with various organizations, including her previous role as a healthcare assistant . Oreoluwa’s dedication to providing health care and community service has earned her adequate exposure and experience, and she continues to be inspired towards making a difference in the world. Oreoluwa is currently the Care Coordinator for the Orpington area . 

Chioma Ogbonna

Children Care Coordinator

Chioma Ogbonna is a dedicated professional hailing from the vibrant city of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, located in the heart of Rivers State. Her journey in education and healthcare has equipped her with a unique set of skills and experiences, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

With a strong academic foundation in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, Chioma demonstrates a blend of strategic thinking and pedagogical expertise. This academic background forms the cornerstone of her approach to problem-solving and leadership within our organization.

One of Chioma’s most remarkable contributions has been in the realm of special education. She has tirelessly devoted herself to teaching children aged 6-16, specifically those with autism and special needs. Her empathetic approach, coupled with a deep understanding of their unique requirements, has helped transform the lives of countless children and their families.
