The caregivers from Caremark Bromley have been a true blessing for my mother. Their compassion and attentiveness have allowed her to maintain her independence and dignity while getting the help she needs.

I am writing to you as the daughter of one of your elderly customers. Sadly, my mum recently passed away. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the wonderful team of care assistants she had from Caremark. They always treated mum with care and respect and over the years, became family to both her and us as her children. Mum had dementia and was bed bound and without Caremark I don’t know how we would have coped with her daily needs. Please could you pass on our love and thanks to these wonderful workers.

Just a few words of praise to Caremark for the service provided to my wife Sally. In what must be difficult circumstances with coronavirus Sally’s care assistants turned up on time and gave her all the help she needs. Your care assistants are little angels and I do thank you very much.

My son has special needs, and the care he receives from Caremark Bromley has been a game-changer for our family. The caregivers are not only skilled but also incredibly patient and understanding.

I have nothing but praise for the staff who look after my dad and the office staff too. Nothing is too much trouble. Not an easy job for anyone.

On behalf of our family I wish to thank you all for your care and assistance over the past years that you have been caring for my mother. In particular, we owe a huge debt of gratitude to mum’s care assistant in the latter years of her life and who became a good friend to her and indeed to us. She has a heart of gold and always kept us up to date, especially with the problems mum had with her health towards the end. Once again, many thanks for all your help and care.

Our care assistant, Timothy, is outstanding, professional and caring. He is our main care assistant and he is kind and understanding. We both feel confident with him and he provides the best standard of care.

I wanted to express my thanks and that of my late husband for the wonderful care and compassion we have both received from your care assistants. Starting to have to rely on assistance from strangers was hard for my husband and getting into the visit routine was even harder, but by the time he became much more unwell he was looking forward to the visits, having built up a trust and a fondness.

I also must mention the amazing calm and compassion shown by both care assistants on the day of my husbands death. Both were visibly upset but stayed with me, made drinks, chatted gently and even did the washing up. I just have no words to express my thanks. I also know my husband would very much have wanted me to thank you on his behalf too.

I thank you for taking care of my daughter over the last four years. These last few weeks have been rather difficult as we may not have shown our appreciation as we should but believe me, it was there. These final days were very peaceful with every need supplied by the hospital and she passed away in her sleep. Please pass our messages and thanks to all her support workers.

My experience has been very good. I have been well taken care of by my carers. They always come with a smile and willingness to support. They are good at preparing meals.
