My mum was cared for by your team before Christmas. She became very unwell towards the end of her life so we had the Palliative care.

My mother has been provided with outstanding care by carers who always went the extra mile to meet her needs. We always felt mum was safe in their care and were kept informed of any issues immediately. We felt Caremark put the client first and as well as any communication, always asked after my mother's welfare and well being first. Whilst Caremark is a business, we felt the client really mattered and this was reflected in the care received. A super team of people of differing ages and backgrounds provided a stimulating mix of contact for my mother. Mums wish for same-sex carers was met most of the time.
The only difficulty we experienced on occasion was around timekeeping. However, this was largely due to Bristol's traffic situation and in fairness, Caremark contacted a family member if the carer was going to be late administering the time-critical medication.
All in all, we would be very happy to recommend without reservation. We would definitely use again should the need arise.BT (Son of Client)
