Meet The Team
Farina Tayub took over Caremark Leeds in January 2008. She has a financial background and was previously involved in businesses in the financial sector. Since setting up the company she has dedicated herself to supporting her domiciliary care business, with a focus on providing excellent care and support to customers in Leeds, in order to improve the quality of life for the people Caremark Leeds supports.
Registered Care Manager
Thameena Nathanie joined Caremark Leeds in April 2018, and hails from an accountancy background. In her role as Operations and Training Manager, she co-ordinated all our training (for new and existing staff) ensuring our carers deliver the highest possible standards of care. She then progressed to the Registered Care Manager position in 2022 and ensures that the care delivered by Caremark Leeds is of the highest standard of quality care.
Training and Marketing Manager
Hareem has worked in care since she was 18, starting as a care and support worker while she studied English and Education at university. Hareem has worked with children in an education setting and always thought she would go into a teaching career. After moving away to seek new challenges, she returned to Caremark Leeds in 2021 and now manages the Training and Marketing for Caremark Leeds. She enjoys this role as it incorporates teaching, training and meeting new people – all the activities she loves to do!
Rosei joined Caremark in 2020 as a care and support worker, a role that was new to her. She soon realised she wanted to excel in the health and social care sector and was promoted to the position of Care Coordinator. Rosei thoroughly enjoys this role as it gives her a sense of achievement, knowing she is continuing to make a difference to people’s lives.
Amy has been in the care sector for around 10 years. This wealth of knowledge led her to her current position of Care Coordinator, where her past experiences are best placed in ensuring a seamless and smooth delivery of service to her customers, as well as to her care assistants. It makes her happy to know that she makes a difference, and this is very important to her as a person.
Field Care Supervisor
Sarah has worked in the care industry for nearly 20 years, and is very passionate about her career. She has worked in various roles within the industry, namely – Care and Support Worker. Care Coordinator, Senior Carer, and now Field Care Supervisor. Alongside her job role, she also continues to expand her training portfolio to ensure she is up to speed in as many aspects of the care industry as possible.
Keula De Barros
Recruitment & Compliance Officer
Keula De Barros was inspired to enter career in care after seeing how her father struggled when he became very ill and needed a kidney transplant. She joined Caremark Leeds as a carer and making a difference to people’s quality of life, and now in her role as Recruitment & Compliance Officer she is responsible for recruiting new carers and ensuring we comply with all our regulatory requirements.
Joanna first joined Caremark (Leeds) as an Administration Assistant in November 2009. She helps out with the important day to day general office administration; ensuring everything in the office runs smoothly.
