Halima is fully committed to providing the highest standard of care and support with utmost professionalism to vulnerable residents in Lewisham.

Cherrelle Walter

Care Manager

Cherrelle worked in Health and Social care setting for 12 years, she started with no experience working as a support worker for adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions.

Cherrelle completed her NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social care and has worked in care homes specialising in Dementia care and the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability.

Her goal was to progress into a managerial role so took up the care co-ordinator role and within two years she progressed to become a care Manager.

Uba Abshir

Care Co-ordinator

Uba has worked in Health and Social care for 4 years, initially starting as a care worker.

Uba quickly demonstrated her skills and strengths and was promoted to the position of Field care Supervisor.

whenever required Uba stepped up to help with co-ordinating and eventually decided her skills were better suited and successfully took the position of care Co-ordinator.

Fatima Abdullahi

Field Care Supervisor

Fatima comes from an administrative background. she decided to change career paths to Health and Social Care in 2023 starting as a care worker.

Fatima quickly demonstrated her skills and passion to develop and progressed to a senior care worker, and by 2024 Fatima has worked her way up to the position of Field Care Supervisor.
