Sharon is a driven and visionary entrepreneur with years of hands-on business and operational experience. With an unwavering commitment to exceptional service and a sharp instinct for sustainable growth, she leads with both purpose and precision, investing in her teams and creating environments where individuals don’t just work, but thrive. In 2011, she founded Caremark Bromley, transforming it into a thriving business through resilience and strong leadership.
Beyond her career, Sharon is devoted to her three children, instilling in them the same values and drive that have defined her journey, supported every step of the way by her husband, whose extensive business knowledge and experience has been a pivotal pillar of their shared success.

Rosemarie Duncan
Registered Care Manager
With over 20 years in social care, Rosemarie Duncan has risen from domiciliary care worker to award-winning Registered Care Manager at Caremark Bromley & Lewisham, an office delivering over 5,000 weekly hours of care to more than 150 clients.
Her accolades speak for themselves. She was named Care Manager of the Year at the 2025 Caremark Franchise Awards, received the Diane Smith Award at the Bromley Care Awards for outstanding leadership, and won the Manager Award at the Bromley Adult Care Awards. She has also been recognised as a finalist for the Inspirational Home Care Manager Award at the Stars of Social Care Awards.
Beyond her leadership, Rosemarie established a dedicated service for children and young people with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs, supporting 47 children since its launch three years ago.
Continually evolving as a leader, Rosemarie remains deeply committed to her team both in and out of the office, nurturing her carers, championing their development, and ensuring every client receives the highest level of care and dedication. For Rosemarie, social care is not just a profession. It is a vocation she continues to fulfil with excellence, integrity, and heart.

Field Care Supervisor
Sashique Foster is an experienced Field Care Supervisor with over a decade of expertise across customer service and healthcare settings. Having progressed from Care Support Worker to Medication Officer, she has developed strong clinical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a thorough understanding of both adult and children’s social care, as well as NHS services. A certified First Aider and volunteer First Responder with the London Ambulance Service, she is dedicated to delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care while responding effectively to the needs of individuals and families.

Sara Saragdin
Children Field Care Supervisor
Sara Saragdin has dedicated the majority of her professional career to working with children, bringing a wealth of experience as both a qualified teacher and trained Special Educational Needs (SEN) specialist to her role at Caremark Bromley & Lewisham.
With a deep specialism in SEN support, Sara is passionate about ensuring no child is left behind, tailoring her approach to meet each child’s unique needs. Sara’s compassionate approach and deep understanding of children’s individual needs have made her a trusted educator, advocate, and now a vital member of Caremark’s children’s care team, where she continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families she supports.

Oluwatoyin Fagbiye is a seasoned legal practitioner with over ten years of experience. I am known for my strong commitment to excellence and integrity. My passion for helping people is evident in my previous role as a healthcare assistant and support worker.
What motivates me the most is the opportunity to contribute meaningfully, to a dynamic team, leveraging my legal insights and collaboration to achieve impactful outcomes.

Kafilat Badmus
Recruitment and Training Manager
Kafilat Badmus brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for people to her role as Recruitment and Training Manager at Caremark Bromley & Lewisham. Having begun her career with Caremark as a Care Coordinator, she built a strong foundation by working in the field and developing meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
Before joining Caremark, Kafilat spent 16 years in HR and as a retail induction trainer at Marks & Spencer — experience that proved invaluable as she stepped into her training role, where she is known for delivering engaging, dynamic weekly training sessions that bring out the best in every team member.
For Kafilat, the move into care has been nothing short of transformative. In her own words, working in care has been the most rewarding job she has ever had.

Ajay Reetun
Customer Relations Manager
Ajay Reetun joined Caremark Bromley & Lewisham in 2020 with a background in customer service and a genuine passion for making a difference. Beginning as a Care and Support Worker, he progressed through Care Coordinator to his current role in customer relations and marketing, where he has contributed to growing Caremark Bromley’s presence and community engagement.
His efforts have been recognised with the Activity Organiser Award at the Bromley Care Awards and a finalist nomination for the Great Marketeer Award at the Stars of Social Care Awards 2024.

Recruitment and Marketing Administrator
With over 7 years at Caremark Bromley & Lewisham, Callum Aylott has built a reputation as a versatile and dependable professional whose expertise spans digital marketing, IT support, and recruitment. His deep knowledge of home care policies and operations gives him a distinct edge — allowing him to attract the right talent while ensuring the smooth running of the services that matter most. Her journey through education and healthcare has equipped her with a unique and powerful skill set — combining a degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education with a natural gift for working with children.
Chioma has tirelessly devoted herself to supporting children aged 6 to 16 with autism and special needs, bringing patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of each child’s unique requirements to everything she does. Accounts Assistant
Serpil Chapanova has begun her finance career with Caremark, bringing a BSc in Finance and Investment and currently studying towards the CFA Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
In her role as Accounts Assistant, she supports the finance team with day-to-day responsibilities including invoicing, payroll administration, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Keen to grow and learn from the key individuals around her, Serpil is passionate about expanding her skill set within Caremark while developing her wider knowledge of financial markets and investment principles.
