Registered Care Manager

Jignisha, Registered Manager at Caremark Hammersmith and Fulham, whose dedication to supporting people drives her every action.

With a genuine passion for care and support workers, Jignisha thrives on building meaningful relationships and fostering teamwork among care and support workers and clients . She finds fulfillment in all aspects of care, from providing hands-on support to nurturing connections with the comunity.

She is deeply passionate about working with children in the community with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Her extensive training and experience in working with children with complex needs, both in educational settings and through Caremark, have only fueled her passion further.

As the Registered Manager, Jignisha brings her unique blend of empathy, expertise, and enthusiasm to Caremark Hammersmith and Fulham. She is dedicated to ensuring that every individual receives the highest standard of care and support, tailored to their unique needs and preferences.

Driven by her unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of others, Jignisha is a beacon of compassion and dedication within the Caremark team. Care Co-ordinator

Laura’s journey with us began as a compassionate Care and Support Worker in 2018, where her natural empathy and commitment to helping others quickly stood out. Laura has always had a deep passion for connecting with people and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Her transition into the role of Care Coordinator was a natural progression, shaped by her hands-on experience and deep understanding of the needs of both clients and carers.

Today, Laura plays a key role in the smooth delivery of our care services. Drawing on her frontline experience, she bridges the gap between the field and the office — ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of care while offering essential guidance and support to our care team.
