Dealing with a family member who has Alzheimer’s, which began about four years ago, has been utterly devasting for all, not least my parent who was a lively, active person before this dreadful disease took away memories and quality of life. We have been lost really, learning about the disease and what
care there is. The team who stepped in to help were amazing, really supportive, friendly, caring, and experienced. They were simply just very lovely, kind and nice people who knew exactly how to manage our lovely parent with dignity and professional care. It felt like a weight was lifted because they are so attentive and really on the ball with exactly what is needed, liaising with the family doctor and providing lists of things to buy. They spent time getting to know our parent’s story so that when they were visiting they could engage in conversations which makes such a huge difference. The app used for inputting notes after the visit has been so helpful and reassuring too!

The Caremark team from the Deal offices have been outstanding since they first started supporting my parents in October 2021.

friendly person to ‘check-in’ and ensure all was going well, as I live in New Zealand and can’t be there in person.
Since then the team have visited every day and dealt with a few challenging situations, helping both Dad and Mum with things that have arisen. The daily updates on the portal are gold when you live so far away and they always reach out with follow up emails if there are more concerning issues.
Their friendly approach has engaged Mum and Dad and provided the ‘adult voice’ to help with confusing things in the mail, plus arranging hospital appointments etc.
Such a wonderful service for Mum and Dad and peace of mind for myself and family. Thank you!
