Kirsty has since successfully completed her NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care, further strengthening her knowledge, leadership skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Beyond the fulfilling aspects of her professional life, Kirsty finds joy and purpose in her role as a family person. Spending quality time with her partner and her son is what fuels her passion for both work and life. I have been working in care for 12 years, as a carer and now as a Field Care Supervisor.
In my role as a field care supervisor I believe in creating a warm, supportive environment for both our clients and carers.
One of my favourite parts of my job is meeting new clients who may feel unsure about accepting care and helping them feel comfortable and reassured.
I am passionate about making our carers feel valued and confident in their roles and I take pride in ensuring every person we support receives compassionate, friendly and high quality care.

Siobhan Burgess
