Sarah Blunden

Care Manager

Sarah is the Registered Manager of Caremark Warrington, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality homecare services. Sarah’s journey in the care sector began during the COVID-19 pandemic when she transitioned from owning a successful beauty business for 18 years to working in NHS hospital wards. From her very first shift, she developed a deep passion for providing care and support to others.

Sarah then pursued a permanent role in healthcare, becoming a support worker in a supported living service for individuals with various mental health diagnoses. Sarah quickly progressed to a senior support worker, team leader, and later deputy manager. Seeking further growth in a regulated service, Sarah joined Caremark Warrington as a Registered Manager, where she will take great pride in leading a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding care to our clients.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys walking her dog, Max, and spending quality time with her daughters and granddaughter. Sarah has a passion for live music and enjoys attending events with her partner and friends.

Callum

Managing Director

Callum is the Director of Caremark Warrington. He is known for his knowledge, professionalism, and expertise in business. Callum puts his clients’ interest first and implements this throughout the business.

Callum was a Former Professional Footballer and likes to spend most of his free time keeping fit.

Amy Boyle

Field Care Supervisor

Amy’s journey into the care sector is both unique and inspiring. She first pursued a career as a professional dancer, performing in stunning locations such as Cyprus and Greece. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Amy transitioned into community care work, where she quickly discovered a genuine passion for supporting others.

Although she returned to dancing abroad for one final season, Amy soon realised that her true calling was within the care sector. Since then, she has fully dedicated herself to the industry, progressing through a variety of roles and proudly becoming a Care Ambassador.

Amy joined Caremark in 2025 and now works as a Care Field Supervisor. In this role, she is committed to working closely with her team to ensure every client receives the highest standards of care, compassion, and respect.

Outside of work, Amy loves to stay active with gym sessions and Zumba classes, and she enjoys travelling and exploring new places whenever she can.
