With 39 years of experience in the care sector, Sonia has built her career on compassion, dedication, and a strong commitment to improving lives. Starting as a hands-on carer, she supported individuals with diverse needs before progressing into senior roles such as Care Coordinator and Care Manager, with a particular focus on the mental health sector. She joined Caremark in 2017 and, for the last three years, has served as Registered Manager, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while mentoring and leading a team of dedicated professionals. Sonia is passionate about empowering people to live as independently and fully as possible, seeing her work not just as a career but as a lifelong mission. She takes pride in building trusting relationships with clients, families, staff, and professionals, fostering a culture of respect, growth, and continuous improvement. Her leadership is grounded in experience, integrity, and a genuine belief in the value of high-quality care, with a steadfast commitment to raising standards and creating an environment where both clients and care teams can thrive.

With 26 years of experience in domiciliary care, Tammy has developed a deep understanding of the sector and a broad skill set that continues to grow. She joined Caremark Coventry in 2017, beginning her journey in Human Resources before progressing to her current role as Finance Manager. Her dedication, attention to detail, and strategic mindset have enabled her to take on challenges with confidence, overseeing financial management while also contributing to strategic planning and operational support. Tammy plays a key role in ensuring that company policies align with the needs of both clients and staff, fostering a supportive, efficient, and people-centred environment. Healthcare has always been a passion for Tammy, and this drives her commitment to resolving client concerns swiftly and prioritising their needs. Guided by empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make a difference, she is dedicated to supporting both clients and colleagues. Alongside her professional responsibilities, Tammy values quality time with her family, enjoying travel with her husband and moments with her children and grandchildren. Amy began her journey with Caremark in 2021 as a Care Assistant, driven by a genuine passion for supporting others. Her dedication and leadership have seen her progress through several roles—including Team Leader and Community Manager—before stepping into her current position as Assistant Care Manager. Alongside her hands-on experience, Amy has invested in her professional development, achieving Train the Trainer qualifications in both Medication and Moving & Handling, as well as completing her NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management. Having worked across a variety of industries, Amy has found her true purpose in the care sector. Guided by her values and personal experiences, she is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives each day. Her commitment to professional growth and person-centred support ensures she continues to thrive in her role and contribute positively to the Caremark community.

Mencillia brings a rich and diverse background to her role as Community Assistant Manager, shaped by years of experience in both caregiving and leadership within the care sector. Originally from Zimbabwe, she began her journey as a frontline carer, where her dedication and natural leadership qualities quickly became evident. She went on to progress to Field Care Supervisor and is now proud to be part of the Caremark Coventry management team, continuing her commitment to delivering quality, person-centred care. Known for her warm presence and forward-thinking approach, Mencillia is passionate about supporting both clients and colleagues, ensuring that individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered. Beyond her professional role, she is a devoted mother who embraces life with humour and compassion—qualities that shine through in her work every day. Her dedication to community, connection, and care remains at the heart of all she does, making her a valued member of the Caremark Coventry team.

Care Coordinator

Laura has devoted 23 years to the domiciliary care sector, bringing both experience and compassion to her work. Since joining Caremark in 2017, she has served as Care Coordinator for the Nuneaton and Bedworth areas, proudly completing eight consecutive years in this role. Known for her commitment and consistency, she thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with colleagues, carers, customers, and third-party providers to ensure services run smoothly and effectively. Her strong organisational and problem-solving skills, combined with clear communication, enable her to respond promptly to a wide range of needs and achieve positive outcomes Passionate about delivering high-quality care, Laura is driven by a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives. Her dedication and teamwork ensure that clients receive support with dignity and respect, while her approachable nature fosters trust across the community she serves. Outside of work, Laura enjoys quality time with her family, which brings balance and renewed energy to her role. With kindness, empathy, and professionalism at the heart of everything she does, Laura continues to be a valued member of the Caremark Nuneaton and Bedworth team.

Admin Coordinator

Jay is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management, holding qualifications as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified International Purchasing & Supply Specialist. His career has spanned industries including Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Aviation, and Construction, where he has built a reputation for excellence and delivering strong financial and operational performance. Since joining Caremark Coventry in June 2024, Jay has progressed to the role of Admin Coordinator, where his collaborative nature, adaptability, and analytical skills make him a key support across departments and an invaluable member of the management team. Alongside his professional expertise, Jay has a deep-rooted passion for community service. Since 2002, he has been actively involved in the Healthy & Productive Ageing Program, a non-profit initiative supporting underserved elderly populations in remote areas of his home country. Inspired by the care he once provided to his grandparents, Jay combines empathy and compassion with his professional skills, bringing a holistic, people-centred approach to his work. Dedicated and versatile, he continues to make a positive difference both within Caremark Nuneaton and Bedworth, and in the wider community.

Field Care Supervisor

Tinashe brings five years of banking experience to his role in care, having joined Caremark in October 2022 as a dedicated Care Assistant. His commitment and natural leadership quickly led to his progression to Field Care Supervisor. Tinashe is passionate about delivering person-centred care, working closely with both clients and colleagues to ensure every individual feels respected, supported, and truly heard. His approachable manner, strong teamwork skills, and calm leadership style make him a valued member of the Caremark team. Away from work, Tinashe enjoys family life with his wife, Kundai, and their daughter, Mikayla.

Patryk Ksiazek

Patryk Ksiazek

Field Care Supervisor

Patryk began his career in care in 2021 when he joined Caremark as a carer, quickly progressing to Field Care Supervisor and Care Coordinator. He later broadened his experience as a Registered Care Manager at another organisation and as a Business Development Manager for an alternative provision supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). His early experience as an informal carer for his great-grandfather, starting at age 15, inspired a lifelong passion for care and led him to pursue studies in nursing and paramedical science. Since relocating to the UK in 2015, Patryk has gained a First Class Honours Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, an MSc in Business Management and Digital Transformation, and a Level 5 in Leadership for Adult Social Care. In 2025, he returned to Caremark, where he now works as a Care Coordinator and leads the development of services for private clients, bringing together clinical knowledge, leadership, and business insight to improve care delivery. Alongside his professional responsibilities, Patryk contributes to the wider care sector through published articles on LinkedIn and in online journals, sharing best practices and advocating for higher standards. Outside of work, he is a proud father of three and a dedicated rugby player, having represented Kenilworth RFC, Earlsdon RFC, and A.E.I. RFC, and now playing for Pinley RFC as a tighthead prop. Whether on the rugby pitch or in his professional life, Patryk brings strength, resilience, and teamwork to everything he does, making him a valued member of the Caremark Nuneaton and Bedworth team.
