Pinaz Wahla

Joint Director – Marketing and Business Development

Meet Pinaz Wahla, a driven and compassionate professional bringing a strong blend of business experience and people-focused leadership to Caremark Mole Valley & Waverley. She has a proven ability to adapt to different environments and work effectively with diverse teams, always striving for the best outcomes.

Pinaz has over four years of experience with HSBC Bank as a Credit Controller and in Customer Services, where she developed strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. She also worked in a multinational company in India as a People Development Manager, supporting staff training and development. She holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Human Resources.

As Joint Director for Marketing and Business Development, Pinaz focuses on growing the service, strengthening community relationships, and ensuring a positive experience for individuals and their families. She is passionate about continuous improvement and supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Sara Mahmmod

Registered Manager

With over 14 years of experience in the care sector, I have dedicated my career to supporting others and creating environments where both clients and staff feel valued and cared for.
I began my journey as a care assistant and, through hard work and a deep commitment to making a difference, progressed through various roles to leadership positions.
I hold an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, as well as a Level 6 Chartered Manager qualification, having completed a BSc (Hons) in Health and Care Management through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). These qualifications have strengthened my ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining the core values of compassion, dignity, and respect that are vital in this sector.
My passion lies in delivering high-quality care and fostering a supportive, positive atmosphere for both clients and staff. My aim is simple yet powerful: to bring happiness and wellbeing to everyone we support and to those who make our care services thrive.

Millie Gilbert

Field Care Supervisor

Meet Millie Gilbert, a passionate and dedicated individual who has shown she can adapt to changing situations and environments in order to reach the best outcome. Millie’s background in care supporting a variety of different ages and support needs is complemented by her qualifications, holding a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care. Millie started with Caremark in 2021 as a Senior Carer and has since shown her capabilities and desire to progress. Currently, she is serving as Field Care Supervisor at Caremark, where her expertise and dedication makes a significant impact.

As a Field Care Supervisor, Millie oversees the delivery of high-quality care, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support tailored to suit their individual needs. Her professional journey is marked by her dedication to continuously improve and support both clients and staff members. Millie is a trusted and respected figure within the Caremark community
